“Our aging Siemens phone system was both out of date and continually giving us problems that couldn’t be tracked down. We went looking for two things:


  • One, a new phone system that would meet our current needs and provide new robust functionality for our internal, off-site and mobile resources.

We evaluated systems from many different providers including Avaya, Cisco and many others. Everybody brought us the same thing; plain old phone systems and bureaucratic support policies.
